Colombian Exports Show Modest Increase in May

Colombia’s exports went up 1.2% in May 2012 relative to the same month in 2011.   

Energy demand grew 3.5% in June

Due to higher demand in the industry and commerce sectors, the demand for energy grew 3.5% in June . During the first six months on the year in Colombia the energy demand grew 3.7%.

Colombian company Conalvias won its four contract in the United States

The infrastructure company won its fourth contract in two years of operations in the US. Conalvias will build a two kilometer road in south Florida for a total of  USD $ 22.1 million dollars.
